The Association holds the name ‘’On four paws’’ Association

The Association is a voluntary, self-governed and lasting non-profit organization that holds the goal of developing and advocating for initiatives and actions conducive to the protection of animals and treating them with humanity, disseminating knowledge about animal rights in accordance with the law as well as contributing to effective protection of natural landscape and supporting entities undertaking such actions.

The goals of the Association

The goals of the Association:

  1. Working for the protection of animal rights and environment,
  2. Acting for the proper and humane treatment of animals and the provision of the necessary living conditions for them,
  3. Preventing and eradicating displays of abuse and mistreatment of animals,
  4. Preventing of offenses and crimes against animals,
  5. Preventing and combating animal homelessness,
  6. Taking measures in the field of animal care.

The Association carries out its objectives in the field of unpaid public benefit activities through:

  • Cooperation with local government and relevant institutions to comply with animal and environmental protection regulations,
  • Cooperation with relevant institutions in scope of recognition, disclosure and prosecution of crimes and offenses related to animal rights,
  • Carrying out extensive educational and publishing activities in the field of proper and humane treatment of animals,
  • Active participation in the development of new legislation in the field of animal protection, including drafting opinions in this regard,
  • Cooperation and mutual assistance of members of the Association,
  • Cooperation with entities and institutions in the field of gathering information and exchange of experience in the field of animal and environmental protection,
  • Advisory and organizational and economic assistance, as well as training of members and others interested in the Association's activities,
  • Conducting activities that integrate members of the Association through cultural, recreational and social activities,
  • Working on behalf of the adoption of abandoned animals,
  • Assistance in running an animal shelter,
  • Cooperation with residents, volunteers, municipalities and city offices in the field of care and adoption of homeless, lost or abandoned animals. The Association, guided by the welfare of animals in cases of conflict, not regulated by law, adheres to the ordinances, guidelines and regulations of shelters for homeless animals (appendix- regulations for the release of animals),
  • Other activities contributing to the development of the organization's statutory objectives.

The Association carries out its objectives in the field of unpaid public benefit activities through:

  • Creation and implementation of programs in the field of animal identification and registration – in particular in the field of homeless animals,
  • Providing care for animals, running animal shelters and hotels for animals,
  • Transportation of animals,
  • Publishing periodicals and social media collaboration.

Filarem naszego stowarzyszenia

jest szeroko pojęte edukowanie społeczeństwa. Staramy się upowszechniać wiedzę zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem o prawach zwierząt, prowadząc kampanie edukacyjne, seminaria, warsztaty i prelekcje. Nasze inicjatywy mają na celu uświadamianie społeczeństwu, że zwierzęta to istoty odczuwające, zasługujące na szacunek i godne humanitarnego traktowania.
